With over 15 years of architectural experience, Charlene Kroll is an expert in her field. Charlene holds a Civil Technician Diploma and is a Certified Architectural Technologist. Her understanding of detailing and design, and her ability to provide unique insights for the successful delivery of projects, make her a great fit as a Building Condition Assessor at Republic.

In addition to Charlene’s experience as an Architectural Technologist, she spent part of her career in project management and contract administration for educational and healthcare facilities. Charlene was an instructor for the Project Administration course at Red River College.

LOL

Two things that are surefire ways to make Charlene LOL: Cousin Eddie’s arrival in the movie “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” and her dear pals. She says that she feels very lucky to have a wonderful bunch of friends to share ridiculous stories with for a proper belly laugh.

Break a leg

Charlene says the bravest thing she has ever done is downhill skiing in the Bavarian Alps, where she took a terrible tumble and almost broke a leg! A lesson she took away from this incident? Charlene is a true flatlander. She says, “I ski much better on our flat prairie topography.”

Word of advice

The best piece of advice Charlene has ever received is: “Life is short, and it is here to be lived. Live each day to the fullest and don’t take the small things for granted.”
