What to do if your Coworker takes an Afternoon Nap?

When a new person joins Republic, their smiling face is hung on the clipboard wall with the rest of our team. Over the last few weeks we’ve gained a whole pack of team members, but social distancing means we’re not in the studio to add their faces to the wall, so we’ve done the next-best thing.

With four feet apiece, our newest team members have hit the ground running. Some of them nap a little more than we might like, but there’s no one better at motivational speeches if we’re feeling blue. Self-isolation is hard, but with the help of our new team members, we’ve been keeping busy and staying positive.
