At the heart of the feature is our diverse team: a group of designers, architects, and specialists from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and disciplines. And that diversity isn’t accidental—it’s foundational. We believe that strong collaboration, flexibility, and curiosity lead to smarter, more resilient design solutions, and that clients benefit when teams reflect the communities they serve.

The article also touches on some of the work we’re especially proud of, including recent award-winning projects and our ongoing commitment to sustainability, heritage preservation, and thoughtful innovation. What matters most to us is continuing to take on projects that challenge us, push our thinking, and create lasting value.

As a firm that started with one person in a room and grew into a team of 60 (and counting), we’re grateful for the clients, collaborators, and community that have been part of our journey so far.
