Reunited…IRL (In Real Life)!

We can’t believe it’s been almost 7 months since the RAI annual retreat – it’s been a wild ride! Each day following our return from Miami saw fewer and fewer people in the office and ultimately, by mid-March the entire team was working remotely. We have continued to stay connected and maintain our lively #CultureOfRepublic by keeping up with our usual events and sessions within a virtual realm. While the RAI studio re-opened 2 months ago, we continued to hold social events virtually…until last week!

In true RAI retreat style, our team went on a self-guided tour of Winnipeg’s Exchange District. It was great to catch up with everyone in real life, especially since we have some returning faces and some new faces! We were joined by new team members, returning team members, and some of our team’s newest members-in-training – babies and fur babies!

RAI has always been a flexible and adaptable team. These qualities have proven themselves to be huge assets over the past 7 months. Stay tuned in the coming weeks to find out more about our team.
