Owen is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing his Engineer-In-Training (EIT) designation. He has impressive technical work experience, including conducting 44 Building Condition Assessments for a property development client and acting as the prime consultant on a $4.1M project involving contract administration and client management.


Owen’s portfolio includes numerous projects in the field of building science and restoration. He has conducted Building Condition Assessments on a variety of structures, including apartments, shopping malls, and other complexes that required renovation and remediation. Additionally, he has received several scholarships for his achievements.

Fun fact: Owen worked a summer job planting trees and shrubs. He liked it so much that he says if he was not working in the field he’s in now, he’d be planting trees for a living.

Nap time

Owen holds the unofficial title of “Master of all Naps.” He thinks naps should be mandatory, and that if he could trade places with anyone, he’d pick a dog, saying, “I would nap all day, look cute, and get rewarded for it.”
