Ilhem brings to Republic strong project management, arts, and design skills in architecture, interior design, and engineering. She is adept at successfully managing multiple projects and carrying them out successfully. With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Ilhem offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise.


On time, within budget, and with satisfied clients: these are Ilhem’s focus when working with clients to deliver their projects. Having worked in Algeria and Greece prior to coming to Canada, Ilhem speaks English, French, and Arabic!

MISSING MISHA

Ilhem is a proud pet parent to a Russian Blue cat named Misha. “She’s so smart and cute, with a strong character,” Ilhem says. When Ilhem moved to Canada, she moved away from little Misha, but don’t worry: Ilhem’s feline friend is with other loving humans and has access to a garden where she loves to play.

TO INFINITY AND BEYOND

While Ilhem doesn’t believe in ghosts, she does believe in parallel worlds. Ilhem says that the universe is too big, stretching “to infinity,” and that there is a “great chance that we are not alone.”

GOD BLESS THE INVENTOR OF CHOCOLATE

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Ilhem is so passionate about the cocoa confection, she exclaimed, “God bless whoever invented chocolate!” If you’re curious about what kind, the darker the better: black chocolate is Ilhem’s one true palate pleaser.
