About the Position

The Revit + BIM Technologist will be responsible for the production and review of construction drawings in Revit.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the building design process from project inception through to design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Setting up the initial Revit model with site context according to Republic’s BIM standards and guidelines.
• Identifying and resolving building technology issues.
• Conducting site visits to verify compliance with drawing sets and specifications.
• Delivering a diverse range of project typologies across the country.
• Maintaining company-wide BIM standards.
• Collaborating with client groups and a multi-disciplinary consultant team.

Qualifications

• A diploma in architectural or engineering technology from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural office.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with preference given to well-rounded, highly competent users.
• Strong teamwork skills, motivated by a collaborative environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience conducting site visits to verify construction compliance is an asset.
